The 19th Annual Manitoba Youth Beef Round-Up will be held in Neepawa, MB on July 31, August 1 & 2, 2026. This exciting event will bring together junior members, 4-Hers, and cattle enthusiasts from all across the province.
The event is organized by representatives from various breeds that have been involved with National and Provincial shows in the past. Our goal is to prepare young entrepreneurs in the livestock industry, through this exciting showcase of youth, cattle and friendly competition. This event will educate, encourage, stimulate and unite participants in the business of agriculture and the beef industry. It encompasses a variety of competitions and events to suit all participants' interests and skill levels. Some of the events are Team Grooming, Individual and Team Judging, Showmanship, Marketing, Sales Talk, Impromptu Speeches, Art, Photography, Scrapbooking, and cattle classes.
This will be a celebration and showcase of Manitoba youth and agriculture. We encourage young and old to stay involved in the agriculture industry, explore career opportunities, increase national trade and awareness, and be proud to be part of one of Canada’s largest industries. We feel that celebrating our past shows exemplifies the importance of youth and agriculture, and we will strive to present innovative opportunities that promote and educate future cattlemen dedicated to the cattle industry.
This initiative is being undertaken as an all-breeds show to bring young purebred and commercial cattle producers from across the province to see friendly competition amongst the new and upcoming producers from within Manitoba. We welcome everyone to come out and partake in this life-changing show this August long weekend!
